I purchased a digital camera “Fujifilm – Finepix F40fd” back in 2007. I really like pictures taken by it. However early this year I tried to upgrade its SD Card with a larger SD Card. The moment I inserted the new card, error “NO CARD” started to appear in the camera. Worse than that when I tried to put back the older SD Card, the error still was there. I tried as many as options you might think but “No Card” error persists.
Finally today I came to know that Upgrading the Firmware would resolve the problem. I downloaded the latest firmware from Fujifilm website – HERE and then also had a look at ERROR DESCRIPTION PAGE. Once new firmware is installed, my camera looks like its first day.
