Well it could be to do with your dietry intake prior to exercise, ideally eat 1 1/2 hour prior to exercise, then consume simple based water drinks during training, preferably water as this is the simplest form of fluid intake, low concentration in complex vitamins, thus less to breakdown once drank. 

Another cause, and my personal opinion as to what is happening, means heat exhaustion and fatigue due to the high intensity exercise. This is a natural occurrence of the body and here’s why.

When exercising, the brain diverts all energy to the areas in use, e.g. biceps in a bicep curl, legs and lungs when running. If there is food currently being digested when exercise is initiated, the body will pause this process, and begin to divert energy to the area of the body being worked. 
This however means your food is partially digested, and needs to go some where. Upon finishing exercise, the digestive transit can resume, however with no energy (which occurs after High Intensity Exercise), the food cannot continue, so basically, needs to reverse back to stop the process, Result=Vomiting.

To overcome this, simple consume a high energy sauce upon finishing exercise, my personal favourite and necessity in the gym has to be bananas, High Potassium content, high energy content, highly recommended.

Finally today I came to know that Upgrading the Firmware would resolve the problem. I downloaded the latest firmware from Fujifilm website – HERE and then also had a look at ERROR DESCRIPTION PAGE. Once new firmware is installed, my camera looks like its first day.

I believe in resolutions, since I need a goal to work for! Though I have never been able to achieve 100 percent of my resolutions but I see them as motive to live.

Some facts about resolutions:

• It does not matter how many resolutions you have for a year or you achieve them fully or not. All matters is how hard you work to make them possible and your persistence.
• Let your resolutions be realistic not something wishful that you want to happen by miracles.
• Resolution is something that you have decided before the time, deliberately! Don’t put your general achievements as resolutions as your past year resolutions.
• It is not necessary that you list down all your resolutions before 31^st December. Think about them, Take your time, and see if you have a burning fire inside you to make them agenda for the next year. You are going to put one year focus on them!
• Let your resolutions come from your needs. Such resolutions are very good to have since you have the need inside you to work for them. You don’t have to showcase them. Just work to get them no matter how big or small they are. They are opening door to your perfection.

At the end of the day resolutions are to help us to be better human beings. At the end of year, it is always important to me that that how I make life of people around me easier. How people around me sleep in rest because they know I am around to take care of them. How many people are smiling because of me?

The Japanese have always loved fresh fish. But the waters close to Japan have not held many fish for decades. So the fishermen had to go further out to sea to catch their supply of fish, the fishing boats got bigger and bigger. The farther the fishermen went, the longer it took to bring in the fish. If the return trip took more than a few days, the fish were not fresh and they lost their fresh taste.

To solve this problem, fishing companies installed freezers on their boats. They would catch the fish and freeze them at sea. Freezers allowed the boats to go farther and stay longer. However, the Japanese could taste the difference between fresh and frozen and they did not like frozen fish.

Also, the frozen fish brought a lower price. So fishing companies installed fish tanks. They would catch the fish and stuff them in the tanks, fin to fin. After a little thrashing around, the fish stopped moving. They were tired and dull, but alive. Unfortunately, the Japanese could still taste the difference; because the fish did not move for days, they lost their fresh-fish taste. The Japanese preferred the lively taste of fresh fish, not sluggish fish.

So how did Japanese fishing companies solve this problem? How do they get fresh-tasting fish to Japan? To keep the fish tasting fresh, the Japanese fishing companies added a small shark to the tanks that the fish were kept in. The shark of course eats a few fish, but most of the fish arrive in a very lively state due to the fact that the fish are challenged.

Moral of the story:

Some of us are also living like fish that have been caught, we give in too easily, and we are not challenged. Some of us could use a Shark in our life. Consider new challenges and problems in your life as a shark the challenges and problems can keep us motivated and moving forward. Without challenges we can become complacent, find life boring, and become inactive.

Challenges in our lives can keep us moving forward. As the quote goes, When we long for life without difficulties, be reminded that – oaks grow strong in contrary winds, and diamonds are made under pressure.

At the beginning of the year, when the market was going flat, I decided to take a short break from my job in real estate and get an additional skill. So I went to the Caribbean for two months and became a qualified kitesurfing instructor. It was a blast; I was doing it for a bit of a laugh really, to teach my mates – I hadn’t thought of doing it as a job. Then, while I was away, my company closed down – I completely didn’t expect it. I’d actually just moved into a more expensive apartment. I was massively disappointed. It was a great company that had come over here from New Zealand. I still keep in touch with my old workmates. Some of them are working in IT, some of them haven’t got jobs, and some are working in real-estate with different companies.’

‘While I was between jobs I decided to start teaching kitesurfing, just as a side job while I get things sorted out. Right now I’m looking at a few different options for full-time jobs. I might go into golf, but I don’t know yet. Has my attitude changed as a result of losing my job? I think so. If anything has gone wrong before it’s generally been my own fault. Nothing has ever been out of my control. I guess it’s made me more cautious for the future.’

The dash making a difference with your life

I read of the man who stood to speak

At the funeral of a friend.

He referred to the dates on her tombstone.

From the beginning to the end.

He noted that first came the date of her birth

And spoke of the following date with tears,

But he said what mattered most of all

Was the dash between those years.

For that dash represents all the time

That she spent alive on earth

And now only those who loved her

Know what that little line is worth.

For it matters not, how much we own,

The cars,

the house,

the cash,

What matters is how we live and love

And how we spend our dash.

So think about this long and hard;

Are there things you would like to change?

For you never know how much is left

That can still be rearranged.
